Meet Josh DeMelo, a proud London, Ontario native, and the driving force behind your fitness journey. Josh brings a wealth of expertise to the table. With a solid foundation in competitive bodybuilding and certified personal training, he has been the go-to guy for health journeys since 2014.

Josh's own love for training started in the world of competitive bodybuilding. He transitioned seamlessly into the role of a trainer and coach and has guided a diverse clientele. His clients range from novices to seasoned athletes.

My personal journey in fitness started in 2012 when I moved to London. I started working from the ground up, quite literally and figuratively - I couldn’t do a single push up to save my life.

Over a decade later, a few more push-ups and over 7 years working as a personal trainer and group class coach for local businesses in the city. I have experience in coaching and training in CrossFit, powerlifting and started my own outdoor bootcamp classes 2 years in a row. 

Fast-forward to 2023, I’m working full-time at DeMelo Fitness, aka home. My coaching style is very adaptable. I am patient but also motivating. I thrive with beginners who are just getting started on their fitness journeys, but can also turn it on for those more experienced.
